This presentation site sets no advertising cookies and installs no trackers. Server technical logs (IP address, requested page) are kept for 30 days for security purposes.
Data processed by the application
The BranchCheck application processes, on behalf of its clients (data controllers): user accounts, visit scheduling, inspection answers, photos and GPS positions, integrity proofs and audit logs. Every hosted client has their own database; no data is shared between clients.
Sub-processors
Hosting on European cloud infrastructure (application, database) and encrypted object storage for photo evidence. The optional AI assistance relies on hosted open-weight models, after input anonymization.
Your rights
Access, rectification, export and erasure of your data: by email at the address above, or directly through your network administrator. The application ships individual export and erasure (GDPR) in every deployment.
Payments
Card payments are processed by Stripe; no banking data transits through or is stored on our servers.
